This Refund and Cancellations Policy ("Policy") governs the process for requesting refunds and cancellations for services provided by Creative Tech Endeavors ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to this Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the services provided do not match the specifications outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
  • If the project is canceled by us for reasons other than breach of terms by the client.
  • If the client has paid for services that were not delivered due to delays solely caused by us.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email to info@creativetechendeavors.com within 14 days of the issue arising. The request must include:

  • Details of the service purchased.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Custom software development once the project has commenced.
  • Digital marketing campaigns already executed.
  • Hosting and domain services once activated.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@creativetechendeavors.com. Cancellation terms:

  • For services not yet commenced, the client is entitled to a full refund.
  • For ongoing projects, fees for work completed up to the date of cancellation will be charged, and any unused fees will be refunded.
  • Subscription services require a 30-day notice period for cancellation.

6. Exceptions

Refunds and cancellations will not be granted for issues arising from:

  • Delays caused by client-side dependencies, such as late submission of content or feedback.
  • Change in client requirements after project initiation.

7. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
