Project cancellations and refunds

Because Creative Tech Endeavors provides custom digital services, refunds depend on the agreed project scope, completed work and payment milestone. Work already delivered, approved or actively completed is generally non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or pause a project, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the work completed, any third-party costs and remaining deliverables before confirming next steps.
